HarborSync's Marina Manager (HSMMS) is comprehensive web-based marina technology that connects boaters and marinas.
Find-a-Slip facilitates finding moorage slips with visual marina views. Moorage locations can be one-boat slips or linear moorages with multiple boats along a linear dock.
Move-a-Boat allows marina staff to move boats to the most efficient slips maximizing marina utilization while minimizing bow-stern gaps.
Marina customers can book their own registrations pending marina concurrence.
HSMMS utilizes modern PHP, JavaScript, Jquery and AJAX technology to quickly and accurately perform these functions.
This is the HSMMS main page Bird's Eye View which shows a graphical representation of the marina. Below the marina view is a Current Moorages Report with information for each moored boat for the selected dates.

Boat information will display in the "Comm Zone" when you mouseover the boat. Information includes the customer name, contact phone and email, boat name, length and type and the registration dates.

MOVE-A-BOAT
If, for any reason, you want to move a boat to a different location simply grab the "to-be-moved boat" and drag it to the preferred new location. You can make multiple boat moves and then save them.
The marina log will record all significant marina activity - including these moves.
Boats can be put in a "temporary" holding area so other boats can be put in it's place. If you view the marina for a date before today it will accurately display the boats moored on that date even though it may be moved during the original period.
(This temporary move to the holding area info will be displayed in the comm zone like any other move but moves cannot be saved when there are boats in the holding area.)
Orange boats represent registered boats during the moved boat's period.
FIND-A-SLIP
This function provides the ability to obtain moorage in a location that is available (not already occupied) for the desired period and long enough for the specified boat.
Boats can be for existing customers or for new marina customers.
New customer and boat registrations begin by entering the boat length and boat type. Click the "Registration" drop down from the "BE Refresh" menu item.

When you click "NEW CUSTOMER & BOAT" you will see the marina showing preferred locations (green boats) and less desirable locations (yellow boats). The preferred locations are a more efficient location minimizing bow-stern gaps.
Click a green or yellow boat to select that location and complete the registration by supplying customer and boat information.
EDIT CUSTOMER, BOAT AND REGISTRATIONS
Updates to customer, boat or registration data are accomplished by clicking "Update" from the drop down from Bird' Eye. This will show all of a customer's boats and registrations with the ability to update all of that with one click.
You can also add another boat for a customer.
Here you can change a registration arrival or departure date. If you are extending a stay to arrive earlier or depart later HSMMS will check to make sure this does not conflict with another registration for that same area and date.
All changes are logged.
